RETURNS 

We do not accept refunds for wigs.

Exchanges are allowed only if the wig is in the same condition as when it was received.

The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are processed after the returned wig has been inspected and approved.

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
